Eastside Rooms is a fantastic venue that I would thoroughly recommend to any Professional Conference Organiser, this newer venue has been designed by people who really understand events, their complex logistics and what delegates are looking for. Offering everything you expect and more, standard inclusions such as a multi faith room, unlimited teas and coffees and treats, food available for all dietaries, strong WIFI connections, and most importantly the venue is completely accessible, make it the perfect setting for an Association Conference. The team are knowledgeable, supportive and go above and beyond to any request, meaning everything runs seamlessly and ultimately provides your delegates with a first-class experience.
Welcomed me, made me feel immediately at ease, orientated my to the space and introduced all the Staffa. Lovely friendly and approachable person who went above and beyond to make our event go well. As I was running the event she made sure I sat down and ate lunch somewhere quiet which was very appreciated.
Nothing was too much of an ask, everything was executed to perfection and both were checking in and even made suggestions for some areas as well. G ran our evening function incredibly well and was super friendly, he made us all laugh which we loved! and Aggie even checked in that we had eaten during the day. Both are super attentive and supportive
I can honestly say from the management to the porters not one member of staff that worked this event let you down. I have worked in hospitality for 20 years before this job I have now and I can honestly say that not once was anything too much trouble not once were we made to feel like we were asking too much. Always a smile and a yes.
Amo went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure our event was a success. He stayed on extra, was extremely helpful and supportive to all of our event needs and made sure the entire team on hand were giving the best of service to us. Anything we asked for, he made it happen and everything ran smoothly because he was absolutely brilliant. The comfort and peace we had working with him was unmatched. Really can't thank him enough for everything he did. Special thanks also to Rob, G, Sophie and Cassandra for all their great work and help for the event too. Everyone has been absolutely excellent.
When we arrived on site, Amo took care of our team from the start to the very end. His service was exceptional, he could not have done more for us if he tried. He went above and beyond for every request we had and he ensured that everything we needed was prepared in advance, making our time onsite enjoyable and stress-free. I can't thank Amo enough for all of his support and help during the week of CIKM, he surpassed my expectations with the level of service he offered and we would 100% use Eastside again and recommend to future clients.
I would like to send a special thanks to Amonious, Rob, Sophie, Aggie, Adam and Gaunlet. Their hard work, attentiveness, efficiency and proactiveness played a vital part in the event being such a big success. The team was also approachable, kind and was happy to assist whenever we needed it. Thanks to all the other staff members too that were involved in the event. Amonious was superb and took the time each day to check in and run through the following days requirements with me. Thorough handovers were given to Rob and Adam when they were on evening duty. Amonious also went above and beyond to ensure my tricky dietaries were catered for.
