Our Belmont and Ashstead Suites are equally as inspiring and can be adapted for a range of medium-size events.

Building Takeover

Host an event with up to 1,200 delegates with breakout space to host all 1,200 guests. 

Whether its for a large event or for confidentiality purposes we are more than happy for you to takeover the entire Eastside Rooms for your event. 

Whether you need all your delegates in one room or across multiple spaces we can accommodate. 

And on top of that the branding possibilities around the building are endless.

Large Spaces

The largest pillar-free ballroom space in Birmingham, the Affinity Suite is a fantastic choice for conferences, banqueting and even exhibitions.

Sitting right in the heart of the building the Affinity Suite is a large open space, which is an ideal blank canvas, making it perfect for large scale events with up to 1200 guests. 

Electronic sky-fold walls enable the room to be split into two soundproofed spaces, with built in AV, enabling you to bring your event to life, alongside our onsite AV partner.

Medium Spaces

Adaptable blank canvas rooms to host your event, whether that be a charity ball, prom, wedding or larger corporate event.

The Belmont Suite, can be divided into four spaces, with the smallest space, housing the suite’s feature bar. 

When combined the space is 277m² and can accommodate up to 316 seated guests. The retractable walls allow the space to be entirely opened up into the wraparound foyer, making the space a popular choice for breakout space for the Affinity, but also smaller corporate events and social banqueting events.

 

The Ashstead Suite, located on the first floor, directly above the Belmont Suite, is slightly smaller, but equally as flexible, dividing into three spaces.

When combined the space can cater for up to 231 guests theatre style and is 189m². 

Small Spaces

Your office away from the office, our smaller meeting rooms can accommodate up to 60 delegates.

Our two boardrooms scream opulence, seating up to 10 delegates on our plush pink Eastside Rooms chairs!

Equipped with plug and play technology for a seamless hosting experience, this room includes a 90″ TV with airmedia connectivity for easy presenting.

Enjoy floods of natural day light with floor to ceiling windows and rest assured your meeting stays private with state-of-the-art soundproofing. 

The remaining eleven function rooms at the venue are equally as versatile and can be configured to suit the needs of your event. Accommodating between 10 to 58 delegates. 

Our meeting rooms are equipped with ultra-modern AV technology including Wireless presenting, plasma screens and super-fast Wi-Fi
