Everything went beyond expectations yesterday all of us including the delegates were really pleased with how organised and how clean everything was! A truly remarkable team and should really pass our thank you’s to them, and to the event manager in the morning, she was amazing! And helped us with the situation with our packages that weren’t delivered. A delegate has emailed me separately to pass thanks to Esther and Theo in the cloakroom for their friendliness and professionalism."

We wish to express our sincere thanks for the fantastic organisation for our mothers surprise 80th birthday party on Saturday 29th October 2022.Lucy and Aneta organised the room layout and the food and drinks we requested.Chef Tony provided the menu options and the food quality was outstanding.Rob and Adam were present from start to finish ensuring we were given a high quality service.

My experience with the Eastside Rooms has been nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish Jordan has been great to work with, throughout the planning process he was extremely professional and extremely diligent.

The entire events team were all an absolute pleasure to work with, putting us totally at ease right from day one, and being super proactive and accommodating in developing our concept for the day. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and we heard nothing but positive feedback from our client contacts and the exhibition attendees on the day.The added advantage of the Aloft hotel being next door to the Eastside Rooms meant all our team were located on site resulting in added productivity and no need to factor in travelling time.
