The Eastside Rooms have announced another accolade has come to the venue, with their Sales and Marketing director Leanne Bladen being awarded Sales Leader of the Year.
The award was presented at the Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA Commercial Conference. Aimbridge are one of the biggest hospitality businesses on the planet and operate hotels and venues around the world, including The Eastside Rooms.
Leanne joined the venue three years ago, in the middle of lockdown, and has since created a reputation for excellence out there in the meetings and events world, where The Eastside Rooms state they are known for their ‘relationships first’ approach.
This strategy has reportedly been very well received by their customers, and replicated by their competitors, as they continue to put long term relationships ahead of short term wins.
It has contributed to continued success and growth across their hotel and events venue, with customers returning not just because of the venue, but because of how their people bring it to life.
Leanne was a pioneer of this strategy and its success, alongside her own experience and expertise in the industry, has led to this coveted award.
