Affinity Suite

Sitting in the heart of the building is our largest space, the Affinity Suite, an ideal neutral blank canvas for larger events. Measuring 888m in its entirety, the suite can hold up to 1200 delegates in theatre style. Equipped with state-of-the-art sky fold dividers, the room can be divided into two in less than five minutes. The room is equipped with two ceiling descending projector screens and on-site AV partners are fully versed in production rigging.

Belmont Suite

Sitting right beside the Affinity Suite, is the Belmont Suite, which can be divided into four spaces, with the smallest space, housing the suite’s feature bar.

When combined the space is 277m² and can accommodate up to 316 seated guests. The retractable walls allow the space to be completely opened up into the foyer and wrap around atrium, making the space a popular choice for breakout space for the Affinity, but also smaller corporate events and social banqueting events.

Located on the first floor directly above the Belmont Suite is the Ashstead Suite, which is slightly smaller, but equally as flexible, dividing into three spaces. When combined the space can cater for up to 231 guests theatre style and is 189m².

The room is flooded with natural daylight, with floor to ceiling windows lining the back wall of the room. Equipped with plug and play technology for a seamless hosting experience, this room includes a 90″ TV & airmedia connectivity.
