The eastside rooms were created with flexibility in mind, which is why we have a number of spaces that can cater for a range of events.
Our Affinity Suite is the mother of all event facilities. This cutting edge room is 880m² and can host up to 1200 delegates.
The Belmont Suite, located on the ground floor, is made up of four separate spaces. When combined it stands at 277m² and is able to accommodate 270 seated guests. This makes it a popular choice for conferences, exhibitions and networking events. Skywalls can be used to segment the Belmont Suite’s four spaces into a range of layouts and capacities.
The Ashstead Suite, on the first floor, is a smaller version of the Belmont. It is made up of Ashstead one, two and three, and when combined can cater for up to 214 guests theatre style and is 189m².
Any event at The Eastside Rooms can make the most of our dedicated events team. We also have on-site catering and accommodation options in our Aloft Hotel.
