A venue the size of The Eastside Rooms needs a considerable amount of cutlery and crockery. But oh my, we didn’t think we’d need this much!
Today we sat down with Interstate’s Group Food & Beverages Manager to put together one very large shopping list. With a venue of such large capacity and the ability to run multiple events coherently, it meant we needed to stock up. Having already scoped out our cutlery, crockery and glassware suppliers after a very successful trip to London visiting all the showrooms, we just needed to figure out how much we are going to use.
With the capacity to cater for up to 3000 delegates across the whole venue the quantities grew into the tens of thousands. We’re super pleased with the suppliers we have selected and the quality of the products. We can’t wait for you to visit the venue and check it all out for yourselves.
