At The Eastside Rooms, we are passionate about offering all guests a welcoming and accessible event venue.
With accessibility front of mind, we have ensured all visitors can independently move around the venue with an access ramp at the main entrance and wide corridors and dedicated lifts for easy wheelchair access.
We know how important it is for all guests to feel comfortable and included that’s why hearing loops have been fitted in the Affinity Suite, several event spaces and all reception areas. We are also one of the few venues in Birmingham City Centre to offer changing room facilities.

The hotel next door, Aloft Birmingham Eastside, has 10 accessible bedrooms, with one having a full hoist from bed to bathroom
