Induction loops are fitted in all our meeting spaces and breakout areas.
In the unlikely event of an evacuation we must ensure the safety of all our visitors. If you think your disability could delay the evacuation of yourself and others please contact your Event Executive who will gladly assist in creating your own personal evacuation plan.
There is step-free access into the venue via the ramp at the front entrance. We have also provided DDA compliant registration desks available to all wheelchair users. All our meeting spaces are accessible via lifts servicing all three floors. One lift is a fire-fighting lift which can be used in the event of an evacuation.
Our changing places toilet provides a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench and hoist system, large enough to accommodate a disabled person and up to two carers with a centrally placed toilet. Located adjacent to the Affinity Suite on the ground floor, it is fully accessible from wherever you are in the venue.
