We have launched a new event organiser’s survival kit ahead of our opening next year. This announcement follows on from the Eventwell 19 campaign, which took place earlier this month, and will mean event organisers working in the new venue will get their hands on a specially designed support kit, no matter what time they are working from or too.
The Event Organiser’s Survival Kit comprises of simple but effective support products, from water and energy bars, to lip balm and recovery oils. The kit has been designed to give event organisers either a power up in the morning or a piece of healthy and soothing support if the team is working late into the night.
“We’re really keen to make sure that the eastside rooms has an ‘organisers-best-friend’ environment, so we’re producing these kits from day one of our opening next year,” comments Matt Huddart, our Regional General Manager. “The Eventwell 19 campaign once again raised awareness of the pressures put on event organisers, and this is our own little way to support them while on site at the venue.”
The Event Organiser’s Survival Kit will be available to event organisers from day one of our launch in spring 2020.
