We are located in Birmingham city centre, making us a highly accessible venue for events. With New Street station just a 10 minute walk away, a number of car parks located nearby and situated next to the soon to be finished HS2, your delegates will find it a breeze reaching us.

Registering event attendees can be as seamless as possible with our dedicated reception desk located just outside our Affinity Suite.

No one can work on an empty stomach so we provide a range of catering options. Aside from the standard refreshment breaks and coffee facilities we have put together some exciting menu options to keep your delegates fueled throughout the day. Check out our corporate event menus for more details.

You can also make use of our adjoining hotel. With 195 beds, a bar, restaurant, and even a gym, it is the perfect place for your guests to stay and unwind.

We created the eastside rooms with flexibility in mind. All of our event spaces can be adapted to suit your specifications. Our Affinity Suite stands at over 880m² and can accommodate up to 1,200. But it also features state of the art retractable walls that can split the room in half for smaller events, or if you wish to run two talks simultaneously. 

Our spaces have been designed to offer you ultimate flexibility with any audio visual requirements you may have for your conference. We have the infrastructure to turn your visions into reality – any way you like. You will be fully supported by our onsite events team.

For breakout sessions or workshops we also have a number of flexible spaces and 14 meeting rooms.

Our dedicated conference and events team will be on hand to help every step of the way. From assisting with your initial enquiry and answer any questions you might have to aiding the event on the day, we aim to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
